• Prom is coming up on Saturday, April 8th, 2023 at the Lodi Fair Grounds in the Chardonnay Hall from 7:00 pm to 11:00pm.

• Here is some important information you need to know:

  • Guest passes are now starting 03/06/2023, you can pick them up in the counseling office, AP Office, or at the Attendance Office. We will also have this form available on the Bear Creek Webpage under Senior information.

  • The guest pass must be completed and approved by the Vice Principal before the guest ticket may be purchased. The office will be open during the two-week break to accept applications.

• Ticket sales will be open on the webstore and in the office starting 03/03/2023, once 3rd quarter Grades have been posted, but the first week of sales are only open to BCHS Seniors. We only have a capacity of 700 students so please do not wait to purchase your ticket.

• You may not attend prom if:

  • A home suspension from 03/27/2023 to 04/07/2023

  • On 45 day social Probation

  • Are on the 7th accountability step for tardies

• Underclassman may only attend the prom as a date of an upperclassman. The Upperclassman has to submit their dates information onto the online form before they can purchase their dates prom ticket.

  • BCHS Seniors only: March 3rd - March 9th
  • BCHS Juniors and Seniors Only: March 10th - March 16th
  • March 17th till sold out is open to Underclassman and guest pass dates.
