The library is open for circulation Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 3:30 pm.  Extended library hours without book circulation after 3:30 pm are Monday – Thursday until 4:30 (except for minimum days).

Current IDs are required for book checkouts.  Replacement IDs may be purchased in the Enrollment Office for $5. 

Students are welcome to use the library’s resources which include books, computers, and printers, before school, during lunch, and after school. 

Students who do not return materials may be restricted from checking out materials.  Fines will be applied for any lost or damaged books.  Students who fail to return books or pay fines are subject to the terms and conditions of the school’s Money Due Policy.

We also provide online access to research databases which can be accessed remotely (see library staff for login information) on the library’s home page, along with the online library catalog which can also be accessed remotely at http://library.lodiusd.net.  See below for further information.

SIRS Knowledge Source - Pros and cons on today’s social issues.  Critical current issues and enduring social issues are covered through full-text articles, multimedia, primary sources, government documents and reference material from over 1,800 national and international sources.  All publications are hand indexed to subject headings.

SIRS Discover - General reference resource for young researchers that makes learning fun and intuitive. Helps students in grades 1-9 develop their research, writing, language and computer skills.

 ProQuest - Research library, historical newspapers and more.

ProQuest Research Companion - Information literacy product, created to help young researchers find, evaluate, and use information more effectively. Nine multi-media based learning modules and seven interactive tools.
