PSAT/NMSQT INFORMATION

What is the PSAT?
It is the practice exam for the SAT (and for juniors, it is the qualifying exam for the National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test).
 
Who should take the PSAT?
All BCHS students except current seniors (9th-11th grade)-thinking about attending a four-year college after graduation will benefit from this practice exam.
 
When is the PSAT Test?
TBD due to COVID-19
 
How much does it cost?
$17.00.  Cash (Exact Change) or Checks payable to BCHS

How do I sign up?
Please contact Ms. Nancy Figueroa in the Counseling office during lunch or after school.  We will have a limited number of  exams.

How do I prepare?
Once you register, you will receive a practice guide.  You should also check out www.collegeboard.com for additional preparation, not only for the PSAT, but for the SAT.  Another resource is Khan Academy.
