Student Parking Application
Students who drive to school must have a parking permit for each vehicle, to ensure campus security. Parking permits are good for the entire school year and are free of charge. The student and parent understand that all sections of the Stockton Municipal Code (5-131.13) and California Vehicle Code as they relate to “parking” are enforced. Violators will be cited by school district personnel via City of Stockton parking citations.
The student (south) parking lot is the only designated student parking area at Bear Creek High School.
Students must enter the parking lot and turn off their vehicles upon parking, as our school borders residential neighborhoods. Once students have turned off their vehicles, they must proceed directly onto campus; congregating or loitering in the parking lots or outside school grounds will not be permitted before school, during lunch, or after school at any time to ensure the safety of all students.
Bear Creek High School and Lodi Unified School District are not responsible for theft or damage occurring to vehicles while parked on campus.

Special Education
Lodi Unified School District is committed to meeting the educational needs of the exceptional child. All disabled children between the ages of 3 and 21 are provided appropriate educational opportunities.
