The deadline to change a class for the semester is Friday, August 20, 2021 at 2:30 pm. SUBMITTING THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT A CHANGE WILL BE MADE. Schedule adjustments are made only for compelling reasons.* Electives are year long courses and cannot be changed at semester. REQUESTS FOR TEACHER/PERIOD/LUNCH WILL BE DENIED. A parent/guardian must agree to submit this form.

After your submission, your counselor will be in contact with you once a change has been made. Please continue to attend classes on your schedule until you have been contacted. Thank you. 

*Once a requested class has been dropped, the student will not be permitted to go back into the class.
